VPK Group Makes New Acquisition in the UK Corrugated Packaging Sector

VPK Group is expanding with the addition of a new company. The Belgian manufacturer of recycled paper, corrugated cardboard, and packaging?which operates 70 plants across 21 countries and employs 7,000 people?89,000 people, has acquired Fencor Packaging Group, owner of Manor Packaging. VPKGroup had already held a minority stake (28%) in the British corrugated cardboard packaging group since 2024.
