Tim Walsh Joins Vanguard Companies as Chief Financial Officer

Vanguard Companies (“Vanguard”), founded in 1975, is a leading designer and manufacturer of value-added point-of-purchase displays, retail-ready packaging, industrial packaging products and related assembly, logistics and fulfillment services. Today Vanguard announces the appointment of Tim Walsh as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Tim will own and manage the financials and drive value via targeted corporate initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, and organizational development, as the company scales growth nationally.

A veteran in executive and financial leadership roles, Tim has driven successful outcomes in manufacturing and distribution entities, and has direct experience working with private equity firms and M&A projects. As a seasoned finance professional, Tim most recently led the team that manages the front end sales organization in the United States for the Business Area of Electrification, which consists of four separate divisions of ABB. As the Senior VP Finance/Lead Business Controller at ABB, Inc., he was also responsible for the profitability of two divisions and managed the US distribution facility.

“Vanguard is excited to have Tim join the team to lend his experiences to strong business growth” said Chris Stoler, CEO.
