The mother of brothers Brad Covington, 27, and Tyler Covington, 29, has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company and Nippon Paper Industries.
The lawsuit alleges negligence involving equipment maintenance, supervision, and proper isolation or venting. Those allegations have not yet been adjudicated.
