Sean Bulva Joins Vanguard Companies as Production Training Manager

Vanguard Companies founded in 1975, is a leading designer and manufacturer of retail point-of-purchase (POP) displays, retail packaging, industrial packaging, and fulfillment services. Vanguard Companies is pleased to announce the hiring of Sean Bulva, Production Training Manager. Sean will report into Doug Hay, Divisional Manager-Corrugate Converting.

In this newly created role, Sean will develop and implement training programs for plant employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and efficiently. He will also monitor employee progress, compliance with regulations, and encourage continuous learning. 

Sean will collaborate with production management and other stakeholders to identify training needs and use various instructional techniques for seamless implementation. Additionally, he will stay updated with industry practices and technology to enhance training content and delivery and support the development of safety training programs.
