SCA wants to increase kraftliner prices from 1 April

Swedish forestry company SCA has announced plans to increase prices for all its kraftliner grades in Europe by €100/t.

*SCA’s Obbola mill is one of the largest kraftliner mills in Europe and operates the world’s largest kraftliner paper machine*

The new price is valid from 1 April 2026, the company said.

SCA operates kraftliner mills in Obbola and Munksund with a total design capacity of more than 1 million tpy.

The Obbola mill was started up in November 2022 and is considered to be the largest kraftliner machine in the world. It is expected to reach its design capacity of 720,000 tpy this year.
