The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating an incident in which a firefighter was injured while battling a three-alarm fire at a paper recycling facility on Victory Boulevard on May 7.
The fire was reported just after 9:30 a.m. at the Pratt Industries paper recycling facility at 4435 Victory Blvd. in Travis, an FDNY spokesperson told Advance/SILive.com.
