New Year, New Training: Upcoming AICC Events

AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, is hosting webinars for sales, production, finance and more this January.

Tuesday, January 11, will help companies organize sales teams for peak performance. When teams have their associates in the right roles (hunter, farmer, fisherman) they perform and create value for the organization. However, if you have the right person but in the wrong role your results suffer and often you will lose a key team member. Learn how to organize your team during Do You Have the Right Sales Structure for the Future? with Mark Allen Roberts, OTB Solutions.

In the three part series, held on January 12, 19, and 26, Folding Carton/Rigid Box/Microflute, AICC Technical Advisors Tom Weber and Ralph Young will share insights into fluted materials as a substitute for paperboard in the construction of both traditional and highly-specialized folding carton and rigid boxes. The rapid growth of e-commerce since March 2020 and paperboard manufacturing consolidation makes this series a must as they discuss economic savings and reductions in fiber utilization.

Maintenance professionals can get a leg up during on solving problems in the new year during Trouble Shooting 101: Requirements for Maintenance Professionals on Thursday, January 20.

Created with the support of AICC member alliantgroup, Economic and Legislative Updates Impacting AICC Members, connects attendees with former Senior Counsel to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee, Dean Zerbe, who was intimately involved with nearly every major piece of tax legislation signed into law in the 2000s, as he shares exclusive insight on everything from the latest relief package, to tax reform and healthcare, to what impact the new White House will have on legislative and tax policy in 2021, 2022 and beyond.
