Nearly 300 Italian companies file collective action against corrugated cardboard cartel, seeking over €450 million in damages

Unilegion has filed a collective action against the Italian corrugated cardboard cartel before the Tribunale di Milano, seeking damages estimated at over €450 million, including interest, on behalf of nearly 300 companies from across Italy. The participating companies come from a wide range of sectors, including wine, fresh produce, food, fashion, mechanical engineering and many others.
