Metsä Board mulls taking more commercial downtime and temporary layoffs in 2024

Metsä Board is preparing the grounds for a possible continuation of commercial downtime at the containerboard, cartonboard and BCTMP mills in Finland in 2024. The measures are aimed at matching output to weak demand and low deliveries.
