Many corrugated plants do not have a machine problem. They have a knowledge transfer problem.
In corrugated manufacturing, performance depends on more than equipment alone. It also depends on how well technical knowledge is shared across the plant. When process understanding is uneven, troubleshooting becomes inconsistent, onboarding is weaker, and too much depends on a few experienced individuals. The result is avoidable waste, recurring defects, and too much variability from shift to shift.
That is where structured technical training makes a real difference.
INSCO is a specialized Training & Solutions Center focused on the corrugated industry. Our strongest technical pillars are corrugator and converting, where we help companies strengthen process understanding, improve troubleshooting capability, and build more consistent technical criteria across teams and shifts.
This is especially relevant for independent corrugated companies that do not have a formal internal training structure. Many face the same operational pressures as large groups — waste, bonding issues, uneven troubleshooting, onboarding challenges, and shift-to-shift inconsistency — but without the same internal resources to organize technical development in a structured way.
INSCO’s main strength today is in corrugator training, supported by a broad portfolio developed specifically for corrugated plant reality and available in both English and Spanish. Converting is the second major pillar of our offer, with programs currently available in Spanish. We also support other key plant functions, including technical office, plant management, safety, warehouse-related roles, and leadership.
Our methodology has been shaped through work in demanding corrugated environments, including projects with companies such as International Paper, DS Smith, Saica Group, Smurfit Westrock, Cartones América, Trupal, and Mondi.
For corrugated companies, the value is clear: better process understanding, stronger troubleshooting, more consistent technical standards, improved onboarding, and a more reliable foundation for plant performance.
In a sector where waste, quality, and operational stability are directly influenced by technical decision-making, structured training is not just an educational resource. It is part of building a stronger operation.
