Graphic Packaging Holding Company, which makes consumer packaging from renewable or recycled materials, has chosen Larry Venturelli to chair its board, after its annual shareholder meeting.
He replaces Philip Martens, who has held the chair position since May 2016 and is retiring after having worked as a director since November 2013.
