New-Indy Containerboard Acquires Shoreline Container in Michigan

New-Indy Containerboard today announced that it has acquired Shoreline Container, a Michigan-based paper and packaging company.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shoreline has two manufacturing facilities in Michigan: the Holland facility produces corrugated packaging products, and the Zeeland faility distributes protective and specialty packaging materials.

Greif, Inc. has completed its previously announced divestiture of the Consumer Packaging Group business for $85 million in cash to Graphic Packaging Holding Company.
