Prior to joining A&V, Atkinson started his career as a platemaker before being promoted to a project manager, and most recently was hired as a purchasing manager where he became proficient in inventory management strategies and inventory oversight. Atkinson spent most of his career as a Production Manager for SGS & Co., a leading pre-press provider for the flexographic industry that is known for their state-of-the-art technology and innovation within the corrugated, multi-wall bag and food industries. Atkinson was responsible for managing the liquid plate and corrugated mounting production while exceeding productivity goals, quality, and compliance standards.
