Foundation for Packaging Education Inaugural Fundraising Event
There are a few spots remaining for the Foundation for Packaging Education Inaugural Fundraising Event, November 8-10, at the Sanctuary at Kiawah Island.
This event is a package offered for couples that includes two rounds of golf for a single player (one round on the Ocean Course and one round on the Osprey Point Course); an excursion to Charleston, SC for the non-golfer in the couple; an opening night reception for both attendees; and a closing evening dinner for both attendees.
The Ocean Course is a true test of skill. It boasts the most seaside holes in the Northern Hemisphere with ten hugging the Atlantic and the other eight running parallel to those. From one round to the next, a player can experience up to an 8-club difference on holes depending upon the wind’s direction and strength.
Osprey Point began as a members-only golf course on the island noted for its playability and has evolved into a championship-level course with a world-class layout that was completely renovated in 2014 under the direction of course architect Tom Fazio. Today’s Osprey Point still delivers on its playability and natural beauty and gets rave reviews for its pristine conditions and elegant clubhouse.
AICC extends its earnest thoughts to everyone who has been impacted by Hurricane Ian. We greatly appreciate all government officials and emergency operations teams throughout the area for their efforts in preparing and responding to this storm. We are grateful to report that the Resort did not experience any damage.
