AICC Sales Management Cohort & Sales Advisory Groups
AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, is accepting applications for its innovative Sales Advisory Group and groundbreaking Sales Management Cohort professional development programs.
The Sales Advisory Group aims to empower sales representatives, coordinators, and customer service professionals to reach the pinnacle of their selling potential. It is strategically designed to harness data-driven insights through sales skills and relationship diagnostics, enabling participants to assess their selling strengths and pinpoint skill gaps that may impact their potential.
The Sales Management Cohort is designed for Sales Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales, and individuals in sales leadership positions. The program commences with a rigorous assessment phase that employs cutting-edge sales management skills and relationship diagnostics. Participants gain invaluable insights into their management strengths while identifying and addressing skill gaps that might impede their team’s performance.
AICC has collaborated with two eminent industry experts, Mark Roberts, a renowned sales consultant, and coach, and Ed Wallace, a bestselling author and accomplished sales training facilitator, to curate a comprehensive program that combines data-driven assessments, practical coaching, and collaborative learning.
Through a holistic approach that combines in-person sessions, virtual workshops, and personalized one-on-one coaching, participants will be equipped with the tools to translate theoretical knowledge into tangible results in real-world sales and management scenarios.
