Advanced Corrugator Program (ACP): Structured training for real plant performance
The corrugator may be the heart of the plant, but performance does not improve by itself.
Waste, warp, bonding issues, unstable board quality, and uneven results between shifts are rarely caused by one single factor. They are usually the result of how paper, adhesive, steam, machine conditions, and operator decisions interact in real production. Improving that performance requires more than experience alone. It requires stronger technical understanding across the team.
That is the purpose of INSCO’s Advanced Corrugator Program (ACP).
ACP is designed to help corrugated companies build stronger corrugator capability through structured, practical training. The program focuses on the real cause-and-effect relationships inside the corrugator, helping participants understand how key variables influence board quality, stability, waste, and troubleshooting.
This is not training for one person alone. ACP is built to strengthen the technical capability of the broader corrugator team, including operators, supervisors, maintenance, and technical staff. The goal is to create more consistent operating criteria, stronger troubleshooting logic, and better day-to-day decision-making on the machine.
The program combines microlearning modules with live webinars led by senior trainers, making it easier to fit into plant reality without losing technical depth. It is also brand-independent, so it can be applied to any corrugator regardless of machine brand, age, or level of automation.
ACP is available in English and Spanish and can also be complemented by an optional on-site review to help identify performance gaps, recurring process weaknesses, and priority areas for technical development.
For plants looking to improve consistency, reduce avoidable waste, and build stronger corrugator teams, ACP offers a practical and structured path forward.
The next ACP edition starts on July 7.
